With its 33 young and dynamic consultants, guided by 3 experienced partners, our office is increasing constantly. We are involved nationally and internationally which implies a sound adaptability due to change, development, transformation of standards relating to accounting, tax, audit and payroll.
Every consultant in our office is at least bilingual, and some are even trilingual (French, German, English). Based on their knowledge of international business our consultants are able to work independently and efficiently on whether traditional or special assignments entrusted to our care. |

First force in a company : its staffs
Emmanuel Magnier, Chartered Accountant and auditor, has spent the first part of his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers within the department for small and mid-size companies. During these 7 years he acquired experience in the sector of real estate and services, as well as in management of subsidiaries of international groups, and in due-diligence assessment for small and middle-size companies and Big Accounts.
In 2003 he took Gérard Bénazra on as a partner and together they founded their own Chartered Accountants’ Company.

Gérard Bénazra, Chartered Accountant and Auditor, has dedicated part of his career to PricewaterhouseCoopers within the counselling department. Over the 5 years he spent there he gained an extensive experience in working with Big Accounts and French and international small and mid-size companies.
In 2003 he took Emmanuel Magnier on as a partner and together they founded their own Chartered Accountants’ Company.
